Location

Physical Address: 66500 S Glacier Park Rd.
Mile Marker: At Mile 102 of Glenn Hwy, turn onto S Glacier Park Rd.

Schedule

Tours go out at 10AM, 11AM, 1PM and 2PM daily and you will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour.

You must be ready to go at your tour time, boots on, hats on, coat zipped, etc.

Difficulty

Snowmachines (snowmobiles) are used whenever possible. Visitors are pulled in a sleigh to the face of the glacier. The path to the glacier is groomed and follows on flat ice, providing the smoothest ride possible. Once at the glacier, visitors embark on a slow walking tour in and around the massive ice structures. Terrain may be uneven, but microspikes (ice grippers) will provide traction on the ice. Visitors should be comfortable walking on uneven terrain and in cold conditions.

There is currently no construction, but give yourself extra time in case of unexpected traffic problems.

Drive slowly down our road, 10mph (16kph) or SLOWER.
4 wheel drive, all wheel drive, or good snow tires are recommended.
